The pricing policy of LMR is up-to-date, but some content may contain inaccuracies and/or typographical errors. Prices, promotions, and omissions are subject to change without prior notice.

LMR has a Price Matching Policy. If a product from a competitor is found at a better price, LMR would love to have the opportunity to earn your business. However, LMR cannot guarantee that they will always be able to beat or match a competitor’s price. LMR reserves the right to deny a price match at any time. Due to supplier pricing regulations, MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) protected items cannot be sold at a lesser price. Each price match situation is handled case-by-case.

When price matching a competitor, it must follow these criteria:

• It must be the exact same product from the same brand.
• The competitor's product must be in stock.
• A current website URL from a competitor's website must be provided to validate the current product pricing.
• Shipping, handling, tax, and other fees are included in the advertised price.

LMR's price match policy does not apply to:

• Non-Discountable Items
• Products sold on third-party marketplace resellers or dropshippers.
• Products in an online auction.
• Competitor sales promotion prices.
• "PM for pricing" or private messages from social media websites.
• Typographical errors.
• Clearance or discontinued products.
• Damaged or "Open Box" products.

Screenshots or images of competitors' catalog/website will not be accepted as a valid proof of price. When price matching a competitor, any applicable taxes or duties will have to be paid, and a discount code cannot be added on top of price-matched parts.

Information about the competitor's product should be included in the request. This includes website information, link, and part numbers.

As a service to customers, if a product purchased from LMR goes on sale within seven days of the purchase, a refund for the difference between the retail price and sales promotion price will be issued.

LMR.com has a detailed return policy. Customers are advised to contact LMR within 30 days of purchase if they need to return a product. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee when returned after 30 days of purchase. Any item with a purchase date greater than 1 year will not be accepted. A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be created before returning any item. Returns are usually processed within 4 business days of receipt at their dock. Some products can’t be returned – see the list of non-returnable products on their website. Freight, shipping, and handling fees incurred on the original order are not refunded on returned items/orders. Installed, altered, modified, assembled, and/or used products are NOT eligible for return. All returned items must be complete and in the original packaging in a resalable condition. If any component of a returned item is missing, the return will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

In terms of shipping policy, LMR offers free economy shipping on most orders over $99 within the continental lower 48 states unless the item specifies a handling fee. Most in-stock orders will ship out the next business day. Their centralized location in Texas allows for delivery through their economy free shipping option with most orders being received within 1-5 days. If your order is under $99, there will be a flat rate handling fee of $7.99 added to your order during checkout. There are also many paid upgraded shipping options for these orders depending on the weight and size of your order. Some products may incur additional handling fees due to one or all of the following: product size, boxing, and/or the method required to ship. This fee is non-refundable if the product is returned. For larger orders that cannot ship via ground shipping options, they will have to ship truck freight. These products cannot ship via normal ground shipping options and will have to ship via LTL truck freight. Products requiring truck freight shipping are notated on both the product page and in your cart at checkout. All items shipped truck freight will be subject to a freight fee for the entire order.

The website "Lmr.com" accepts several payment methods. These include all major U.S.A. issued credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Other online payment methods like PayPal, Affirm, and Venmo are also accepted for online purchases. Money orders are accepted too, but one must call in to get a quote for money orders. Unfortunately, C.O.D, personal checks, or international credit cards are not accepted.

For those who prefer to pay with cash, there is a will-call pickup option. However, one must call ahead to use this option. If a refund is necessary, cash refunds less than $100 will be refunded via cash. Cash refunds over $100 are refunded via an LMR Check, which will be mailed out within 3-5 business days of the processed return.

In terms of order cancellation, at the time of purchase, your credit card is pre-authorized. The preauthorization charge will not be collected/settled until the order is invoiced when it is shipped. If an order is cancelled before it ships, the preauthorization will expire back into the account in 3-5 business days.

Lastly, for security reasons, the information entered into the billing and shipping address field must be correct. The website goes to great lengths to verify transactions and ensure cardholder security.
